Greek Turkey Meatballs
Hi friends! Long time no recipe post! My bad. To be honest, it seems like twice a year I become totally uninspired with recipes (and in the Summer don’t always enjoy spending my days in a hot kitchen!). I am starting to feel refreshed, and wanted to share another turkey meatball recipe with you since I LOVE them! One of my most popular recipes by far are my Pesto Turkey Meatballs, which are delicious and just so dang easy! Any of my turkey meatball recipes can be subbed to include beef or any other ground meat, but I don’t eat beef, pork or lamb, so turkey works best for me!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this turkey meatball recipe. I am pretty pleased with how they turned out. They are definitely best served in or alongside warm pita bread, with tzatziki or hummus to give each bite some moisture! I also like to serve them with a chopped cucumber and tomato salad that I top with red wine vinegar, olive oil and herbs. Delish!
