Current Makeup Routine | Winter 2022

While my skincare routine remains fairly consistent, I do occasionally change up my makeup routine to try new products. I am loving my current routine, and it is really working for my skin. I tend to have dry skin that is very sensitive and acne-prone. I actually get anxious to add too many new products into my routine, out of fear it’ll cause an issue with my skin, but so far these products have been working well for me! Similarly, I keep my routine very simple, and prefer a more natural makeup look. Shop my routine below.

Tower 28 Sunny Days Tinted SPF 30 Foundation (15): I am OBSESSED with this foundation/SPF in one. It is super light coverage and perfect for everyday wear. It’s currently out of stock in many shades, but hoping it is restocked soon.

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Vanish Concealer (Fair): My beloved Beautycounter concealer is currently being reworked, so this is my substitute for the time being. It is light and hydrating, while providing nice medium coverage. This is not a full-coverage concealer for me, but it’s great for daytime. I do feel like the shade range for this product needs work. That said, I want to try more Charlotte Tilbury products, comment below with your favorites.

Saie Mascara: This has been my favorite mascara for years. I just love how easy it is to remove…that is really important to me.

Saie Cream Bronzer (Light Bronze): I was kindly gifted this cream bronzer from Saie, and I am a huge fan! The cream formula makes the product look super natural, and it will last forever. This replaced a discontinued Beautycounter cream bronzer that I loved. I only wish this product came in a stick format.

Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi Drops: I had heard so many great things about these bronzer drops, I had to give them a try. Big fan! They add a gorgeous glow and subtle bronze. You can add it to your foundation or moisturizer for an all-over glow, or just use it on spots where you prefer an extra bronze (cheeks, forehead, nose). Glowy, not sparkly.

Beautycounter Beyond Gloss (Magnolia Shimmer): Forever favorite. This gloss smells like vanilla heaven and the magnolia shimmer shade is my go-to!

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Eyeshadow Stick (Taupe): My friend Kelsey introduced me to these long-wear eyeshadow sticks, and I am really loving them! I don’t like fussing with eye makeup, so these are perfect for me!
