Clean Skincare Regimen (Evening) || Summer '19

Good morning, friends! I hope everyone is having a great week so far! I was pondering my blog this morning, and it occurred to me that I haven’t done a clean skincare regimen in quite some time! While not all of my products have changed, several have since I last posted. I am also TRULY obsessed with all of these products featured, so if you follow me closely on Instagram, you’ve probably seen them a few times. Nonetheless, clean skincare has become such an important part of my self care routine, that I always love sharing my latest regimens with you! Let’s dive in!

Step 1: Product: Garnier Micellar Water: I don’t wear makeup on a daily basis. In fact, I usually only wear it 2-ish times a week. You may have noticed, my makeup remover is admittedly not the “cleanest”. I am still on the hunt for a great non-toxic remover (that isn’t a cleaning balm). I’m interested in trying this one.

Step 2: Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser: I am TRULY hooked on this cleanser. I never thought I could find a cleanser that could keep my skin so clear, and keep it looking so luminous, until I found this one. Plus, it smells so incredible, which I love. It isn’t drying, but definitely leaves your face feeling clean. I deal with milia which I could only get rid of with extractions, and I swear this helps keep them at bay.

Step 3: Acure Brightening Facial Scrub: I don’t scrub my face everyday, but I definitely do 2-3 times a week (even though my dermatologist told me not to). Maybe facial scrubs aren’t for everyone, but my skin NEEDS them. It helps keep my face bright by sloughing off dead, dull skin. If you also need a good face scrub, I recommend this inexpensive option.

Step 4A: Odacite Gua Sha & All Embracing Serum: I’ve talked about this gua sha recently, but I honestly love it. It’s a bigger size than the average gua sha (in my opinion), which makes it easier to handle and use. I am so glad I have it in my routine. I use my gua sha probably 3 nights a week. Paired with the serum, it’s a match made in facial massage heaven. If you purchase your products through the Odacite website, use my code ALLIE15 for 15% off your order!!

Step 4B: Indie Lee Gentle Daily Peel: On the nights that I’m not using the gua sha (and the nights I haven’t used my facial scrub), I love using these peel pads. I love a chemical exfoliant, and this non-toxic, gentle option is perfect for my sensitive skin! Although I don’t use them everyday, you totally could.

Step 5: Vanicream Lite Lotion: Can I say enough great things about this moisturizer? No. Is it the most non-toxic? No. Do I care (because it works for my skin for now)? No. I’ve been using this moisturizer for 3 years. It doesn’t break me out, and is a staple in my regimen. So gentle and amazing.

Step 5 (When applicable): Odacite Pimple Serum: I’ve spoken about this product DOZENS of times, but it is some sort of magic. Seriously, put this black cumin oil on a pimple for a day or two, and that baby will be GONE! I am hooked. Just purchased my second bottle.
