My skincare journey has been exactly that, a JOURNEY. I NEVER used to deal with acne and breakouts until recently, so it's certainly been a frustrating few years. While it's still a work in progress, the following products have made a noticeable difference in my overall skin health (in addition to staying hydrated, eating LOTS of greens, and reducing my sugar intake). As always please continue to refer me to products that you've loved that have made an impact on your skin. xo

Vanicream Lite Lotion: So this isn't a completely natural product, but I've been using it to help clear up a rash brought on by another product that did not work for my skin (**Sigh**). I purchased this at a drug store, but it can also be purchased on Amazon. Dermatologist recommended and VERY gentle.

Aztec Secret-Indian Healing Clay: I picked up this clay mask after my esthetician recommend I give clay masks a try. I purchased it at my local Whole Foods, but it can also be purchased on Amazon. HIGHLY affordable considering the size and it's great at cleaning the pores.

Thayers Witch Hazel Toner: I personally love this rose-scented toner. I notice it brightens my skin. I personally use witch hazel to remove excess dirt that might not have come off after my usual cleansing routine. Can be purchased at most natural food stores or Amazon.

Tea Tree Essential Oil: All natural spot treatment. A must have for my skincare routine. Great for acne spot treatment, cold sores, the list goes on.

Alba Botanica Invisible Treatment Gel: Salicylic Acid spot treatment. Great for those big zits that seem to pop up outta no where!

Mother Dirt AO+ Mist: This was given to me at Expo East last fall, but my dermatologist herself has recommended I use this product. Great for balancing skin's Ph levels, it has helped reduce my breakouts significantly.

Mother Dirt Face & Body Cleanser: Another great product by Mother Dirt. Can you tell I love this company? Eliminates dirt and grime, without ridding your face of natural oils.
