My Holiday Wishlist & Local Shops I Love
I love making gift guides and sharing wish lists around the holiday season. Gift giving is one of my love languages, and this time of year always brings on extra inspiration as to where I want to revamp areas in my closet (after doing a thorough purge via ThredUp, which I’ve just done!). This time of year, I try to establish where I am lacking in my wardrobe. Meaning, not just buying to buy, but being thoughtful about it. While this blog post is my “holiday wishlist”, its more of a personal wishlist of items I want to save for and purchase for myself! Anyway, here are some cute items I’ve been eyeing! I hope you find them fun as well.
Free People Fleece: I need another fleece like a hole in the head, but I just love all of these fun colors. The only reason why I haven’t purchased one for myself yet is because I can’t decide on a color! Which is your favorite?
Printfresh Quilted Gift Set: These give me a modern Vera Bradley bag vibe. I love the quilted look and it appears as though this bag can hold loads! Use code THEHEALTHMASON at checkout for 15% off your order!
AYR Le Mini Square Sweater: I am obsessed with this sweater. I have personally been swooning over it for weeks. That brown color is to die for, and I’ve been craving richer colors like this in my wardrobe.
Boden Stripe Henley: How cute is this striped henley? I feel like this is such a great layering piece for winter.
Rue De Verneuil Tweed Bag: I have a white version of this amazing canvas bag that I bought a few years ago, and absolutely love it. I love this tweed colorway.
Goop Lip Balm Trio: I’ve gone through two of the original Goop lip balms and am totally obsessed. I love this fun new trio for holiday!
Emerson Fry Leopard Blouse: I recently purchased the dress version of this top and already decided I need it in the blouse form as well. It is just such a great shade and I love that the leopard print is a little abstract. The perfect all-year blouse!
Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow Stick: My friend Kelsey raved about these, and I always trust her opinion when it comes to beauty products. I am liking the taupe color for myself.
Lauren Ralph Lauren Houndstooth Jacket: How gorgeous is this houndstooth jacket? So perfect for milder fall/winter days. I’d love it with jeans and a great pair of brown boots.
Local Baltimore-Area Shops to Support this Holiday Season
I wanted to share some of my favorite local boutiques in the area to support this holiday season, if you are hoping to minimize your online shopping activity. I always prefer to shop small when I can, and we definitely want to this year! Baltimore friends, check out these amazing local boutiques. Did I forget any of your favorites? Leave them in the comments.
Ruxton Mercantile: Ruxton Mercantile is my one-stop-shop for great gift items, clothes, clean beauty, my favorite laundry detergent, and more. This shop is not to be missed, in my opinion!
Hedgerow: I stop in Hedgerow whenever I need a little boost or inspiration. Once you arrive, you’ll see why. Located across from the Misty Valley Farmstand and John Browns Store off of Falls Road, Hedgerow has the most gorgeous curated selection of products. The items are hand-selected from all over the world, and I love how unique everything is. They have unusual hours, so check the website before heading over!
Becket Hitch: Becket Hitch has something for everyone. Thoughtful gifts, cookbooks, the best cards in town, cute clothes, stationery and so much more! I love grabbing lunch at Stonemill and then doing a little afternoon shopping at Becket Hitch!
Homebody General Store: Located in the newly renovated Whitehall Mill, Homebody General Store carries beautiful gifts and homewares you will love. I can’t wait to pop in here as we get closer to Christmas to pick out gorgeous gifts and stocking stuffers!
Mason-Mays: I almost have to restrict myself from going to Mason-Mays because their clothes are just TOO CUTE! I feel like great clothing boutiques have become more and more difficult to find, so I am thrilled Mason-Mays isn’t too far from my house! I always leave with a purchase in hand!
Raina Dawn: An adorable little shop for cute, on-trend items! Great accessories and fun pieces for the season!
