BeautyCounter: BeautyCounter was my gateway to clean beauty, 4-5 years ago. When I started getting into clean beauty, there were far fewer options on the market than there are these days. Indie Lee: This is one of my all time favorite facial cleansers. I have mentioned it numerous times on my Instagram, and it remains a staple in my skincare routine. I also love the Banish Solution. It is a clean, talc-free alternative to Mario Badescu Drying Lotion.

Supergoop: I love this clean SPF line. Locally in Baltimore, I pick mine up at Ruxton Mercantile, but you can also purchase online. I love the Unseen Sunscreen the most.

W3LL PEOPLE: Another great clean makeup brand. I have been using their products for YEARS! A safe bet for my sensitive skin.

ILIA: There is a reason why ILIA is a cult favorite clean beauty brand. I think their products perform really well and just look beautiful on the skin. Big fan.

Curie: I’ve used this deodorant for 2 years now. Huge fan. It never caused me any irritation, and I love the scent. Keep in mind, if you’re new to clean deodorant, there is a “detox” phase that occurs where your body seems to sweat out old toxins. Once you get past that it is well worth it.

Sleep Hacks:

White Noise Machine: I have used a white noise machine to sleep since college. Before that it was fans (which I still use in addition to my white noise machine in the summer). They have been a game changer for my sleep. I use this one for travel.

Acupressure Mat: I am obsessed with acupressure mats. Also called “sleep induction mats” they are really great at lulling me to sleep. Watch this IGTV on my Instagram for more insight on why I love them.

Eye Mask: If you are a fan of eye masks for sleep, this one is my favorite. Totally blacks out light and I find it to be very comfortable. I used it when traveling over 30 hours to New Zealand last year.
